A Meeting of the Parish Council was held recently. Much of the discussion centred on preparing for and celebrating the World Meeting of families in August 2018. A Parish Mission has been arranged from Sunday the 29th April to the 4th May 2018. Two Redemptorist priests will conduct the Mission. A Prayer Service and blessing of babies/ children and families will take place on Sunday 7th January, Feast of the Baptism of the Lord. A special Ecumenical Service will be celebrated in Holy Cross Church during the Christian Unity Week 18-25th January. Other events are also being planned
