The annual prayers for deceased parishioners and family members will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery, Charleville on Sunday, 7th November after 12 noon Mass. We will pray for our deceased loved ones and commend them to the mercy and compassion of our heavenly Father.
NOVEMBER MASS OF REMEMBRANCE
Our annual November Mass to remember and pray for our deceased loved ones will be held in Holy Cross Church, Charleville on Friday, 12th November at 7.30p.m. At this Mass we will be remembering by name all those who have died after the Mass of Remembrance last year in November 2020. If you had a family bereavement during that period, you or a member of your family is invited to bring a lighted candle to the altar during the Mass. Candles will be provided.
Congratulations to the boys and girls who received their First Holy Communion this weekend.
We ask the parents to be diligent in bringing the children to Mass and to receive the sacraments into the future. First Holy Communion is only the beginning of their journey so do help them to be faithful into the future. Parents and Godparents made a promise at the child’s baptism they would support the child in their faith.

The Autumn Offerings to the priests are due currently. We thank all who contributed Autumn Offerings to the priests during the recent Stations Masses. The last offerings came in around Easter which is over six months ago. If anyone was unable to attend their Station Mass, they can still contribute in the weeks ahead. Once again, our gratitude to those who have already done so.
