Sacrament of Confirmation
Congratulations to the 64 children who were confirmed on Wednesday by Bishop Crean. We look forward to their deep commitment to the Christian life into the future. Our thanks to class teachers, the parents, the leaders and co-ordinators of the ‘Be My Witnes’ Programme and all others who helped them be prepared for the sacrament. Our gratitude to all who prepared, decorated the church and prepared the grounds, and participated in any way to make the day memorable one for all.
First Holy Communion
Also we congratulate the girls who receive their 1st Holy Communion on Saturday. We pray that the Lord will keep them faithful to him in the years ahead and to be glad to receive him in the Blessed Sacrament. Boys First Communion will be on Saturday 14th May and Holy Family School on 21st May.
